I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and lovely, offering a relaxing retreat from the bustling city of Florence. While they might lack charm, they are exceptionally clean, spacious, and calm, providing a comfortable environment. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and convenient walking distances to key sights. The dining options were sufficient, although not the most diverse, with basic but plentiful choices. Overall, a delightful experience with great value for money.

The hotel is a big Rick Steves recommended spot located in the heart of the old part, offering bright and clean rooms but on multiple floors with no elevator service. The service is excellent with extremely nice and helpful staff who will graciously correct your Italian. The dining is basic but plentiful, while the location is just perfect, near to everything in Florence. The hotel also provides tour and ticket assistance for about 20 people or so.
